Job Description: Finance & Accounts Team

Role Overview:
The Finance & Accounts Team is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, statutory compliance, budgeting, cash flow management, profitability analysis, inventory control, and performance reporting across the organization. The team works closely with management to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Centralized Accounting: Maintain centralized branch accounting and transaction oversight for all branch operations.
- Accounting Entries & Reporting:- Monitor entry of inward receipts, delivery challans, and sales transactions.- Prepare daily stock reconciliation and transaction reports.- Maintain reports on movement and valuation of assets and inventory.- Ensure continuous review and monitoring of branch records.- Production Accounting:- Coordinate job work and labor invoicing.- Ensure proper flow and booking of invoices between production, factory, and company accounts.- Vendor & Banking Management:- Oversee invoice receipts from vendors and process payments.- Manage multiple bank accounts for branches and coordinate inter-branch transfers.- Tax & Statutory Compliance:- File GST returns, TDS deposits, EPF, and ESI contributions on regulatory due dates.- Oversee statutory dues calendars and ensure compliance with all filings and assessments.- Monitor internal audit exceptions and resolutions.- Budgeting & Forecasting:- Prepare budgets and rolling forecasts considering market volatility and seasonal demand.- Track margins and profitability for all product segments.- Assist in scenario planning for financial growth trajectories.- Financial Analysis & MIS:- Periodic review of financial KPIs, branch profitability, and cost variances.- Prepare and review daily MIS packs, sales, collections, and payables.- Weekly analysis by business unit/subsidiary.- Inventory & Manufacturing Finance:- Track daily and weekly inventory statements, cost sheets, and stock valuations.- Oversee wastage, recovery, and yield reports.- Liquidity & Cash Flow Management:- Monitor daily cash positions, rolling cash flow forecasts, FX exposures, and intercompany transfers.- Maintain robust working capital cycle and analyze DSO, DPO, and inventory days.- Sales & Revenue Analytics:- MIS reporting on sales across various business segments (B2B, B2C, retail, wholesale, export, online).- Margin analysis by product categories and monitoring receivables.- Procurement & Payables Oversight:- Vendor outstanding monitoring, payable due dates, and cash requirement planning.- Evaluate FX rate impact on procurement and exports.- Treasury & Risk Management:- Manage utilization of credit lines, hedging positions, and monitor interest costs/debt repayments.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in finance, accounts, or audit roles.- Knowledge of statutory compliances (GST, TDS, EPF, ESI).- Strong analytical, forecasting, and reporting skills.- Familiarity with financial management software and ERP tools.- Effective communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work within a team structure and coordinate with multiple business units.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹140,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
