Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: Hyderabad/Vijayawada Industry: FMCG Experience Required: 8+ Years (Mandatory in FMCG) Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 8 years of progressive financial leadership, specifically within the FMCG sector. This is a strategic role responsible for driving financial planning, risk management, financial reporting, and overall fiscal responsibility in alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead the financial strategy, planning, and analysis for the organization. Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with statutory regulations and accounting standards. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Manage cash flow, working capital, and optimize capital structure. Provide insights to support strategic decision-making by the management team. Oversee internal controls, audits, and risk management functions. Liaise with external stakeholders including banks, investors, and auditors. Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring strong financial governance across departments. Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the FMCG industry. Proven experience in handling end-to-end finance functions in FMCG. Strong understanding of FMCG-specific financial metrics, cost management, and supply chain finance. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Attributes: Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar. Strong interpersonal and team management skills. Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
