Job Description

Position: Executive – SCM Data Management Department: Supply Chain Management (SCM) Location: Hyderabad Reporting to: SCM Manager Responsibilities: Manage Item Master and Vendor Master data accurately in ERP systems. Handle Purchase Order (PO) Creation, updates, and monitoring. Support procurement teams by maintaining clean, consistent master data. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for data accuracy and updates. Generate reports on item master, vendor master, and PO statuses. Identify and correct inconsistencies in master data. Must-Have Skills: Experience in Item Master Management, Vendor Master Management, and PO Creation. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Good knowledge of Excel (basic functions). Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Relevant SCM profile experience. Good-to-Have Skills: Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros). Relevant industry experience (manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, retail, etc.). Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years' experience in SCM Data Management or similar roles. Show more Show less
