Job Description

Role Mandate

entire P&L

The CEO will translate this vision into a high-performance, execution-driven business.

Key Responsibilities

Full ownership of
P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial discipline
Lead and scale
operations, merchandising, production, sourcing, and supply chain
Drive
sales growth
across D2C, marketplaces, retail, and international channels
Own
e-commerce performance
, demand planning, inventory turns, and margins
Build and manage
high-performing teams
across functions (Ops, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing execution)
Establish
processes, systems, timelines, and KPIs
for scale
Oversee
marketing execution
(performance, growth, CRM, retention) in line with brand vision
Lead
retail expansion
, vendor partnerships, and international growth initiatives
Act as a strategic partner to the founder while independently running day-to-day business

Ideal Profile

Structured, entrepreneurial leader with strong
commercial and numerical acumen
Proven experience owning
P&L in fashion, D2C, retail, or consumer brands
Deep understanding of
manufacturing, merchandising, and supply chain
Hands-on experience scaling
fast-growing apparels fashion brands
Strong people leader with the ability to build teams and culture
Execution-focused, detail-oriented, and growth-driven
Comfortable operating in
high-pace, founder-led environments
