Role & responsibilities The Garment Marketing Head is responsible for overseeing and driving all marketing activities in the apparel vertical of the Company. This is a leadership position to ensure that the companys marketing strategies are aligned with business goals and to ensure effective promotion of its garments to target customers. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Strategy Development Design and implement marketing strategies to promote garments effectively in domestic and international markets. Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, target audience behaviour, and competitive positioning. . Collaborate with merchandisers, designers and product development teams to align marketing efforts with new collections. Responsible for Overall Turnover, Order Procurement, Through put, EBITDA and Return on Capital Employed 2. Sales Support Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional strategies that drive revenue and increase market share. Analyse sales performance and adjust marketing tactics accordingly. 3. Customer Insights and Feedback Conduct surveys, focus groups, and customer feedback sessions to gather insights on customer preferences. Use data to inform product design and marketing decisions. 4. Team Leadership Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring productivity and fostering creativity. Provide training and mentorship to junior team members. 5. Industry Networking Build relationships with distributors, retailers, suppliers, Brands, and industry professionals. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and events. Required Skills/Abilities: Strong knowledge of garment marketing, branding operations. Excellent analytical skills for understanding market trends and consumer behaviour. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams, including Order Execution Team. Creative mindset to develop innovative campaigns. Good connections in USA, UK and other countries and Domestic Market. Good communication skills
