Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

TIER 1 COLLEGE FULL TIME MBA IS A MUST .

  • Own and drive

    category / brand marketing strategy

    aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Lead

    new product development (NPD)

    from consumer insight, concept creation, pricing, positioning to launch.
  • Define and execute

    Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies

    across General Trade, Modern Trade and E-commerce.
  • Manage

    brand communication, ATL/BTL/digital campaigns

    , media planning and performance marketing.
  • Drive

    consumer insights, market research, and competitive benchmarking

    to identify growth opportunities.
  • Own

    P&L for the category

    , including pricing, margins, volume planning and profitability.
  • Work closely with

    Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance and Service teams

    as part of cross-functional teams.
  • Track product performance, consumer feedback and market trends to drive

    continuous improvements

  • Build and mentor a
