Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base in the assigned region/ State. Identify and build relationships with architects, faade consultants, builders, contractors, and fabricators. Manage and grow the distribution network (dealers, distributors, applicators) for ACP. Ensuring team performance & stability by Leading, motivating, and guiding the regional sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets. Conduct regular market analysis: competitor activities, pricing, new products, and trends. Drive project sales by identifying and closing large facade and cladding projects along with small commercial & household projects. Ensure timely collections of market outstanding and proper credit management from channel partners. Aligning branch finance, logistics and sales teams for smooth execution of sales operations. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management. Conduct product training and technical sessions for Team members, customers and partners. Represent the brand at exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings. Team MIS & Reporting (Including Daily Sales Report). Ensure availability of self & team in Team reviews. Preferred candidate profile : Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales will be preferred. Experience: 812 years of sales experience, with minimum last 5 years in the ACP and rest of experience in related building materials industry (Faade, Cladding, Laminates, Glass, Paints, or Cement Panels). Skills: Strong knowledge of ACP products, specifications, and applications. Excellent networking, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to manage a sales team and multiple projects simultaneously. Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
