Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Captain to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the restaurant or hotel, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Coordinate with staff members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve guest experience and increase sales revenue.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Captain in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to motivate and train staff members to achieve their full potential.
