Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and wedding agencies. Understand client needs and customize event packages accordingly. Ensure timely communication and follow-ups to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Event Planning & Coordination Collaborate with banquet operations, kitchen, and service teams for seamless event execution. Prepare event proposals, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), contracts, and agreements. Coordinate dcor, menu selections, seating arrangements, AV requirements, and event timelines. Be present at major events to ensure client satisfaction and handle last-minute requests. Administration & Reporting Maintain accurate records of inquiries, bookings, and sales reports. Track revenue performance and prepare weekly sales updates for management. Ensure all contracts, deposits, and billing procedures are completed accurately and timely. Market Research Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and banquet trends. Suggest new packages, themes, and promotional strategies based on market insights.
