Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for the position of Captain at BLR Brewing Co. As a Captain, you will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, overseeing service staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and monitoring service standards. You will coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate service, address guest inquiries and concerns, and maintain a welcoming environment. Additional responsibilities include training staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills and experience in handling guest interactions
Leadership and team management capabilities to supervise service staff effectively
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including menu and wine pairing expertise
Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage daily operations efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Prior experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is preferred
Degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous
