Role Overview

As a Campus Recruiter at Delhivery, you will be the face of our employer brand on college campuses. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent from premier engineering, management, and other educational institutions for our various departments. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for internships and full-time entry-level roles, playing a pivotal part in shaping the future of our organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Campus Strategy & Engagement:

    Develop and implement a robust campus recruitment strategy tailored for Delhivery's business needs. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key universities, career services, student bodies, and faculty.
  • Event Management:

    Plan, organize, and execute all on-campus and virtual recruitment events, including pre-placement talks, career fairs, information sessions, and technical workshops.
  • Sourcing & Screening:

    Actively source and screen a high volume of student resumes and applications. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, potential, and cultural fit.
  • Process Management:

    Manage the entire campus recruitment funnel, from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation and pre-onboarding coordination. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience at every stage.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration:

    Partner closely with hiring managers and team leads across various functions (e.g., Engineering, Data Science, Operations) to understand their talent requirements and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
  • Employer Branding:

    Champion Delhivery's employer brand on campus and through digital channels. Highlight our innovative work, fast-paced culture, and unique growth opportunities to attract a diverse pipeline of talent.
  • Reporting & Analytics:

    Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-acceptance ratio, and source-of-hire to measure the effectiveness of campus programs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Industry Trends:

    Stay current on the latest trends and best practices in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, and Gen Z hiring preferences.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on campus recruitment, preferably within the tech or logistics industry.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with universities and students.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • A results-oriented and proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel during peak campus recruitment seasons.
