Knowledge of various portals for sourcing and screening.

Good knowledge in Campus hiring and campus coordinating.

Closing the open positions as per manager requirements on time

Good negotiation skills 

Good communication and written skills.

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Job boards & LinkedIn) and networking
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidatesConduct Interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudesPresent Shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summariesFacilitate the hiring process, including coordinating interviews and negotiating offersAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
