What You'll Do Conduct in-depth research on mid-to-large companies in Manufacturing, Pharma, and other sectors participating in exhibitions domestically and internationally to identify relevant use cases for immersive technologies. Identify and reach out to key decision-makers such as CEOs, Directors, and Marketing Heads. Make 20 high-quality outbound B2B calls daily, focused on pitching customized XR/AR/VR/Metaverse solutions aligned with the prospect's industry and needs. Drive consultative conversations that highlight how immersive technologies can solve real business challenges. Set up a minimum of 7 qualified meetings per week for the sales team with interested and relevant decision-makers. Keep the CRM updated with lead research, call notes, meeting status, and follow-up actions. You’re a Great Fit If You Have: Proven experience in sales generation, inside sales, or business development (B2B). Excellent communication & relationship-building skills. A strong interest or basic understanding of immersive technologies like XR, VR, AR, and the Metaverse. Persistence, curiosity, and the ability to uncover business needs in complex industries. A self-driven attitude and hunger to grow in the future of tech sales.
