Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Campus Recruiter based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for building strong relationships with educational institutions, planning and executing campus recruitment strategies, coordinating recruitment events, sourcing and screening candidates, and conducting interviews. The Campus Recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.

• Experience in planning and executing recruitment strategies
• Ability to source and screen candidates effectively
• Proficient in conducting interviews and assessing candidates
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in campus recruitment or HR roles is a plus
