Job Description

As a Campus Recruiter for FY'25 in Bangalore, your primary responsibility will be to attract, engage, and hire top talent from various universities and colleges. You will be required to plan and execute campus recruitment strategies, including organizing career fairs, campus events, and presentations to showcase our company as an employer of choice. In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective campus recruitment plans accordingly. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key university stakeholders, faculty members, and student organizations to enhance our campus presence and attract high-potential candidates. Additionally, you will be involved in pre-screening candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates based on their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless recruitment process and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of campus recruitment strategies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. A passion for talent acquisition, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders are key to succeeding as a Campus Recruiter for FY'25 in Bangalore.,
