Role Overview: As a Campus Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top graduate talent for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the highest calibre of undergraduate candidates is engaged through strategic advertising, campus initiatives, and career fairs. You will collaborate with in-country, regional, and global colleagues to build an effective talent pipeline and execute recruitment campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Build a robust talent pipeline by sourcing graduates through various channels. - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in alignment with company policies. - Plan and execute attraction strategies including career fairs and campus events. - Create campus recruitment marketing materials to enhance branding. - Collaborate with Business Stakeholders to forecast graduate intake quarterly. - Lead recruitment activities for management trainees and apprenticeships. - Establish relationships with tertiary education institutions. - Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies aligned with the overall Recruitment Strategy. Qualifications: - Passion for graduate recruitment and junior talent development. - Bachelor's degree in any field. - 3 to 6 years of experience in Campus Recruitment or similar role. - Strong relationship and project management skills. - Charismatic with excellent communication and networking abilities. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems like Oracle Taleo. - Proficient in problem-solving and analytical thinking. - Team player with a mature and agile approach to work.,
