We are looking for a Campus Recruiter (Fresher) who can help us connect with colleges, coordinate campus drives, and support our hiring process. This is a great opportunity to start your career in HR and recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing campus drives, workshops, and internship events

• Coordinate with college placement teams and students

• Help manage recruitment data and communication

• Support the HR team in candidate screening and follow-up

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest in HR, campus hiring, or recruitment
