Business Development Specialist

About the Role We’re looking for Business Development Executives with experience in the Education or EdTech sector , who can drive revenue growth through strategic outreach and client engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a knack for identifying growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Develop, refine, and execute business development strategies to meet revenue targets Identify and engage potential clients within the education, edtech, and skilling space Build strong relationships with stakeholders, nurturing them through the sales funnel Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align messaging and lead generation efforts Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and track interactions via CRM Conduct product demos, pitch solutions, and negotiate contracts Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related fields 1–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in EdTech or Education Required Skills Proven track record in B2B or institutional sales Deep understanding of the education/edtech ecosystem Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities Preferred Skills Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) Familiarity with educational products, admission cycles, and lead generation channels Understanding of digital marketing and sales automation is a plus Compensation Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling digital agency Why Join Uproi Digital?
