Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position in Raipur for a Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, conducting market research to identify potential business opportunities, and promoting the company's insurance products. You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, provide excellent customer service, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business growth. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and assist in devising effective business strategies to meet organizational goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the insurance or financial sector is a plus
