Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Business Development located in Nagpur. The Vice President will be responsible for overseeing and driving new business development initiatives, crafting strategic business plans, and engaging in contract negotiation. This role also includes managing sales processes, maintaining key account relationships, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the achievement of business goals and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Business Planning
• Expertise in Contract Negotiation and Sales processes
• Strong skills in Account Management
• Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Must have general insurance knowledge specialist in Non motor products.
