Role Overview

Business Development Manager (Digital Marketing)

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in selling digital marketing services and have a proven record of achieving aggressive revenue goals.



Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities in

    SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Performance Marketing

    .
  • Develop and execute

    sales strategies

    to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with

    domestic and international clients

    .
  • Create and deliver

    custom proposals, pitch decks, and business presentations

    tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure

    smooth project delivery and client satisfaction

    .
  • Negotiate contracts, finalize deals, and manage the complete

    sales pipeline and CRM updates

    .
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest

    digital marketing trends and competitor strategies

    .
  • Optionally lead or mentor a

    small sales team

    to achieve collective goals.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

    Business, Marketing, or a related field

    .
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in

    Business Development / Sales

    in a

    Digital Marketing Agency or IT Services

    setup.
  • Strong understanding of

    SEO, PPC, SMM, Content, and Performance Marketing

    .
  • Proven track record of

    achieving and exceeding sales targets

    .
  • Exceptional

    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    CRM tools and lead management platforms

    .
  • Exposure to

    international client acquisition (US/UK/Canada)

    will be a major plus.
