Role Description — Business Development / Real Estate Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (Real Estate) to join our team in New Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site position.

As part of our sales and business development team, you will:

• Identify new real estate investment opportunities and generate high-quality leads
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and professional communication
• Conduct property/site visits and provide clients with accurate project information
• Negotiate and close property transactions with confidence and clarity
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and investment patterns
• Represent the company professionally and deliver exceptional customer service
• Work closely with management to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of real estate, land investment, and property transactions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to build trust-based client relationships
• Sales-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team
• Prior experience in real estate sales/business development is preferred (freshers with strong motivation may also apply)
• High level of professionalism, confidence, and goal-oriented mindset
