Senior Delivery Associate (Mobile Performance Marketing) Are you experienced in driving successful mobile performance campaigns and ensuring seamless delivery? We’re looking for a Senior Delivery Associate to join our team and lead the execution, optimization, and delivery of CPI/CPA/CPS campaigns across global affiliate networks. Key Responsibilities: Manage and deliver mobile campaigns (CPI/CPA/CPS) across multiple affiliate networks and partners. Onboard and manage affiliates/publishers, ensuring smooth campaign launches and clear communication of requirements. Monitor campaign performance, including delivery, pacing, retention, fraud detection, and geo-performance. Optimize campaigns in real time to achieve KPIs and client objectives. Track and analyze performance metrics using mobile attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.). Ensure timely campaign setup, testing, and monitoring post-launch. Identify and proactively flag fraudulent traffic or data discrepancies. Maintain strong and lasting relationships with affiliates to scale delivery. Collaborate with tech/BI teams for reporting, troubleshooting, and custom tracking setups. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or mobile user acquisition. Strong knowledge of mobile attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.). Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns under pressure and deliver results. Familiarity with fraud detection tools (P360) and post-install metrics is a strong plus.
