Role Overview:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, research, and proactive outreach.
• Identify client needs and align them with Bestow’s strategic and creative offerings.
• Collaborate with the creative and research teams to design customized proposals and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term retention and growth.
• Track industry trends and competitor activity to discover new avenues for expansion.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in advertising, branding, or creative agency business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing trends, digital media, and branding solutions.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Domestic Traveling is a must.
