Role Overview As a Client Servicing Executive , you’ll play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day client communications, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of brand and marketing projects. This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys multi-tasking, building relationships, and wants to grow into a strategic role over time. Key Responsibilities Act as a support point of contact between clients and internal departments Understand client briefs and coordinate with creative, strategy, and research teams to get the job done Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services and campaigns Take meeting notes, follow-ups, and prepare status updates for clients Maintain project timelines, task lists, and reporting trackers Assist in presentations, reports, and client reviews Stay aware of ongoing brand activities, industry trends, and competitor campaigns What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, advertising, or brand management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive attitude and an eye for detail Ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced branding environment Why Work with Bestow?
