Qualifications: Education & Soft Skills: - MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing / Digital advertising - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.) - Excellent verbal and written communication, able to build relationships with clients and internal teams. - Ability to address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner. Experience : - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital client servicing, preferably in advertising, media, or creative services industries - Experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email campaigns - Experience in managing multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
