Brand Executive - Client Servicing

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Executive Brand Solutions with expertise in Digital Marketing to manage client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and coordinate with internal teams for successful campaign delivery. Job Requirements: 1) Client Relationship Management: -Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs and concerns. -Understand clients business objectives and provide strategic guidance to align with their goals. -Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. 2) Project Management & Execution: -Management of end-to-end project operations, from initial briefing and planning through execution and delivery. -Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. -Prepare status updates, and report on project KPIs to stakeholders. 3) Operational Excellence: -Develop and implement processes to streamline operations, optimize resources, and increase efficiency. -Maintain a high standard of service delivery, ensuring all projects adhere to company quality standards and client expectations. -Conduct regular analysis of client servicing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. 4)Budget & Financial Management: - Ensure accurate billing and invoicing. Qualifications: - MBA or Masters degree in Marketing / Digital advertising - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.) - Excellent verbal and written communication, able to build relationships with clients and internal teams. - Ability to address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner. Experience - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in digital client servicing, preferably in advertising, media, or creative services industries - Experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, and data analytics preferred - Experience in managing multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables.,
