Position Summary: We are seeking a talented Visualiser who excels in concept creation and visual storytelling. Job Requirements: Conceptualization & Communication: Create and communicate captivating design concepts that intrigue and inspire clients, backed by smart rationales. Design Execution: Develop and present comps, storyboards, initial graphic concepts, and final deliverables. Campaign Development: Brainstorm and develop compelling campaigns, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams. Team Collaboration : Partner with writers and other designers to ensure that copy and visuals align perfectly, making concepts vivid, powerful, and impactful. Experience & Qualifications: -Skilled in website layout design, banner ad design, social media and visualization. - Proficiency in Adobe software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW and other design tools. - Up-to-date with the latest design trends, web standards, and industry practices.  -2-4 years of experience in mainline and digital advertising. - Experience working on integrated campaigns across print, digital, and social media - Experience in managing multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables. - Having a good understanding of industries such as BFSI, Energy, Retail, B2B is a plus. - Show more Show less
