Role Overview

As a Visualizer, you will translate creative ideas into high-quality visual output across digital, print, and experiential formats. You'll work closely with the design, strategy, and content teams to create visuals that strengthen brand identity and elevate campaigns. The role requires strong design fundamentals and the ability to convert briefs into visually engaging concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize visual directions for campaigns, identities, and content

Develop layouts, graphics, storyboards, and visual narratives

Design for social media, websites, presentations, and brand collateral

Support branding projects logos, visual systems, typography, colours

Create campaign mockups and visual adaptations across platforms

Collaborate with creative directors, writers, and strategists

Ensure consistency, accuracy, and strong brand alignment in all outputs

Stay updated on design trends, visual language, and creative tools

Requirements

Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma is a plus

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory

Ability to convert ideas into polished visuals quickly

Strong attention to detail and aesthetic judgment

Experience with motion graphics or 3D is an added advantage

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
