Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to assist our creative team in executing visually stunning concepts across multiple platforms. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with senior designers and creatives to bring brand stories to life, ensuring all designs reflect the high standards and unique aesthetic of Unstoppable. Key Responsibilities: • Design Execution: Assist in creating digital and print designs, including social media assets, websites, presentations, and marketing materials. • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various touchpoints. • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers and the creative team to develop fresh ideas and design solutions for clients. • Feedback Implementation: Revise and refine designs based on client or internal feedback to meet project goals. • File Preparation: Prepare final design files for production, ensuring they are properly formatted and ready for print or digital distribution. • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, software updates, and industry best practices to bring new ideas to the table. Qualifications: • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or similar fast-paced environment. • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Knowledge of motion graphics tools like After Effects is a plus. • Creativity: Strong creative vision with attention to detail and an understanding of typography, color theory, and composition. • Communication: Ability to present and explain design ideas clearly and collaborate with team members effectively. • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, including digital and print work. Preferred Qualifications: • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is an advantage.
