Junior Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

Visual Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality visual assets for various

channels, including social media, website, email marketing, presentations, and print

materials.

Infographic & Data Visualization: Conceptualize, design, and execute complex

infographics and data-driven graphics that simplify technical information into easily

understandable and engaging visuals.

Brand Adherence: Ensure all graphic output is 100% consistent with our established

brand guidelines for color, typography, layout, and visual identity.

Trend & Technology Awareness: Proactively research and integrate current and

emerging design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our visual content modern

and competitive.

Collaboration & Iteration: Work closely with the Marketing, Content, and Product teams

to understand project briefs, pitch creative concepts, and implement feedback efficiently

to deliver final, polished assets on time.

File Management: Prepare final files for both print production and digital distribution,

ensuring correct specifications, and maintain an organized library of digital assets.

Support: Assist the Senior Designer on larger conceptual projects and campaign

development.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 2-3 years of proven professional experience in graphic design role.

Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a

related field (preferred).

Technical Proficiency: Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically

Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign). Familiarity with Figma or other prototyping tools is

a plus.

Portfolio: A strong and current portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of design

principles (typography, color theory, and composition) with a focus on clear and

informative graphic and infographic work.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to

articulate and defend design choices effectively to non-design stakeholders.

Soft Skills: High level of creativity, attention to detail, time management, and a proactive

willingness to learn and take constructive feedback
