Job Summary

You’ll be one of 17 key business leaders, owning 3-4 major clients. Your goal: grow revenue by delivering great work through your team of 5-6 members, building strong client relationships, and bringing in new projects. Aim towards our clients’ is to be the go-to creative agency with top work, quick turnaround, and competitive pricing.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage teams, set project calendars, film scripts, proactive ideation, understand client needs, and ensure timely execution.

- Build strong client relationships with regular touchpoints, presentations, and account problem-solving.

- Drive business growth by tracking delivery issues, managing outstanding payments, and identifying new opportunities.

- Foster team spirit, identify team leaders, manage resource plan and cost

- Have a working knowledge of website/tech infra solutions would be plus

Qualifications

Education & Soft Skills

Strong leadership, clear communicator, and confident in leading pitch meetings independently.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience.

Background in digital marketing & advertising (not media or publishing).

Must have managed business worth at least ₹3–4 Cr annually.

MBA or Master’s / Diploma in Advertising, Media, or Business Studies.

Experience with government or banking sector brands is a plus.

Bonus if you have worked on tech/infra/dev-ops/security projects – mention client names and your role.
