The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for client services, client relations, making presentations, customer service, and account management. Job Description: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Oversee and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring smooth service delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions. Lead and mentor the client servicing team, ensuring excellent customer engagement and performance. Develop strategies for client growth, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Handle client escalations and conflict resolution effectively. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to optimize client experience. Monitor and analyze client feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to improve service offerings. Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports to clients and leadership.
