The ideal candidate should be able to handle multiple clients, understand their requirements, and ensure smooth delivery of services by coordinating with internal teams. Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing or account management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions
• Experience in coordinating with design, content, marketing, and technical teams
• Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
• Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Excellent time management, negotiation, and presentation skills

Role & Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Understand client objectives and ensure timely, quality service delivery
• Plan, manage, and track project timelines and deliverables
• Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and updates with clients
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Coordinate with creative, technical, and marketing teams for smooth execution
• Handle client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure client expectations are met
• Provide performance reports and strategic suggestions to clients
