Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing brand presence across various social media platforms, creating engaging content, analysing performance data, and supporting overall digital marketing initiatives. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple brands.
• Plan and execute content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the design and video production teams to create content aligned with brand identity.
• Write compelling captions, copy, and communication assets for social media posts.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to recommend strategic improvements.
• Track, analyse, and report campaign and content performance using analytics tools.
• Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Assist in monitoring and supporting paid social media campaigns when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1 – 4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar creative applications (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
