The Palatial Farms, one of the company’s signature projects, is a luxury farmhouse plot community located in Naugaon (Alwar, Rajasthan) near the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. Spread across ~47 acres, the project offers spacious free-hold plots surrounded by natural landscapes, designed to provide a serene and upscale living environment. Role Overview The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing engaging and strategic content across multiple digital platforms to promote Zade Infra Builders LLP. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and well-versed in creating content tailored to the real estate and infrastructure sector. Key Responsibilities Develop high-quality written, visual, and video content for social media, website, blogs, brochures, and marketing campaigns. Create reels, project showcase videos, and behind-the-scenes content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars aligned with brand goals and project timelines. Conduct research to produce accurate and insightful content related to construction, real estate, and industry trends. Assist in conceptualizing and designing promotional materials for new project launches. Monitor content performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements. Ensure brand consistency in all content and communications. Participate in site visits to capture photos and videos of ongoing and completed projects. Stay updated with the latest trends in content creation, social media, real estate marketing, and digital strategies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Mass Media, or a related field. Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, or similar role. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar software. Ability to shoot and edit short-form videos for reels and promotional content. Basic understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and digital engagement strategies. Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of aesthetics. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or construction industry content (preferred but not mandatory). Familiarity with drone videography or photography is an added advantage.
