Role Overview

Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality written, visual, and video content for social media, website, blogs, brochures, and marketing campaigns.
• Create reels, project showcase videos, and behind-the-scenes content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars aligned with brand goals and project timelines.
• Conduct research to produce accurate and insightful content related to construction, real estate, and industry trends.
• Assist in conceptualizing and designing promotional materials for new project launches.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements.
• Ensure brand consistency in all content and communications.
• Participate in site visits to capture photos and videos of ongoing and completed projects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in content creation, social media, real estate marketing, and digital strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Mass Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, or similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar software.
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form videos for reels and promotional content.
• Basic understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and digital engagement strategies.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or construction industry content (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with drone videography or photography is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of branding and digital marketing fundamentals.
