Title: Client Servicing Executive Location: Vadodara Job Description: · Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. · Oversee and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring smooth service delivery. · Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions. · Develop strategies for client growth, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. · Handle client escalations and conflict resolution effectively. · Collaborate with internal teams (Designing, sales, marketing, operations) to optimize client experience. · Monitor and analyze client feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to improve service offerings. · Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports to clients and leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree / Certificate in a related field . Experience in the Related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines. Proficiency in presentations, negotiations, and problem-solving . Strong written and verbal communication skills .
