Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business 2+ years of sales or account management experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven experience in Inside Sales, preferably in a B2C environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a zeal for closing deals using ethical and effective methods. Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or certification recommendations. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.
