  • MBA with IT Sales / B2B SaaS exposure

    who can run discovery, demos, ROI cases, and multi-threaded closes.
  • Marketplace sales/BD pros

    (seller acquisition, subscription upsell, lead packages, category onboarding) who know how to build predictable pipelines city-by-city.
  • CPaaS / WhatsApp Business API / marketing automation sellers

    who’ve sold API-driven messaging, conversation flows, or engagement platforms to marketing and growth teams. (No vendor names in JD by design.)
What you’ll do
  • Prospect & meet:

    Run field + virtual meetings with SMBs and enterprises; pitch ResultBull, give crisp demos, handle objections, and close registrations.
  • Own the funnel:

    Build pipeline, schedule demos, convert sign-ups, and activate first campaigns within agreed SLAs.
  • Multi-channel outreach:

    Combine on-ground events, inside sales, WhatsApp/email sequences, and content-led pitches to create demand.
  • Account growth:

    Land-and-expand via referrals, upsells, cross-sell bundles, and partner/agency channels.
  • Territory plans & reporting:

    Map accounts, set weekly targets, forecast accurately, and publish activity + revenue reports.
What you’ll bring
  • Experience (2–8+ yrs)

    in B2B sales/BD across SaaS, IT services, ads/marketing tech, CPaaS, or marketplaces.
  • Demonstration-first selling:

    Confident with live product walkthroughs, value calculators, and ROI storytelling.
  • Hunter mindset:

    Self-driven, field-ready, comfortable with weekly KPIs and disciplined follow-ups.
  • Stakeholder handling:

    Sell to founders, marketing/growth leaders, CRM/IT owners, and procurement.
  • Communication:

    Strong English + Hindi (Delhi NCR); local languages add advantage (Tamil/Marathi/Gujarati).
  • Basics:

    Laptop, smartphone, and willingness to travel within your city/region.
Role levels
  • BD Executive:

    Own outreach → demo → registration → activation with monthly targets.
  • BD Manager:

    Everything above

    plus

    team leadership, territory planning, review cadence, partner/agency development.
