What you’ll do
  • Prospect & meet:

    Field + virtual meetings; pitch ResultBull, deliver crisp demos, handle objections,

    close registrations

  • Own the funnel:

    Build pipeline, schedule demos, convert sign-ups, and

    activate first campaigns

    within SLAs.
  • Multi-channel outreach:

    Events, inside sales, WhatsApp/email sequences, content-led pitches.
  • Account growth:

    Land-and-expand via referrals, upsells, cross-sell bundles, and

    partner/agency

    channels.
  • Territory plans & reporting:

    Map accounts, weekly targets, accurate forecasts, activity + revenue reports.
What you’ll bring
  • 2–8+ yrs

    in B2B sales/BD (SaaS, IT services, ad/MarTech, CPaaS, or marketplaces).
  • Demo-first seller:

    live walkthroughs, value calculators, ROI narratives.
  • Hunter mindset:

    field-ready, disciplined follow-ups, KPI-driven.
  • Stakeholder fluency:

    founders, marketing/growth, CRM/IT, procurement.
  • Languages:

    Strong English + Hindi (Delhi NCR); local language a plus for remote cities.
  • Basics:

    Laptop, smartphone, willingness to travel within your region.

  • BD Executive:

    Outreach → Demo → Registration → Activation with monthly targets.
  • BD Manager:
