🔍 Role Overview
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you’ll work closely with leadership to:
• Drive lead generation through creative marketing ideas (online & offline)
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Engage with SME founders and decision-makers
• Experiment with campaigns, content, outreach, and growth strategies
• Turn ideas into execution—not just PowerPoint slides.

• An entrepreneurial mindset – you think like a business owner
• Out-of-the-box thinking and comfort with ambiguity
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership
• Prior experience in marketing, sales, BD, or growth roles is a plus (but mindset matters more)
