Senior Operation Specialist

As a Senior Operation Specialist at Statiq in the Electric Vehicle Charging sector located in Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning and execution of multiple specific projects. Your primary responsibility will involve coordinating people and processes to ensure timely project delivery and achieving the desired outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overall project planning and execution of small-sized projects - Vendor management - Conducting site surveys, creating BOQ, SLD (Single Line Diagram), and site layouts - Developing timelines, verifying quantities, and performing quality checks - Coordinating logistics, customers, and vendors at project sites - Overseeing complicated site coordination - Providing support for special projects including surveys and execution - Commissioning and handover of projects In terms of education and experience, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree and 3-6 years of relevant experience. Additionally, you should possess knowledge of the political, social, economic, and business landscape. Technical skills required for this role include proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management, civil and electrical knowledge, data management, and understanding of charging infrastructure. Soft skills and behavioral competencies such as effective communication, multitasking, stakeholder management, time management, leadership, HSSE, and conflict management are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
