Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will execute proprietary Dhantrix data funnels and CRM processes to convert enquiries into active clients. The role demands precision in handling data, email broadcasting, and international client communication, primarily in the accounting, bookkeeping, and compliance domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute business development funnels using Dhantrix CRM and proprietary datasets.
  • Manage email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach, and social media lead capture.
  • Handle inbound and outbound data securely; maintain updated client records.
  • Pitch Dhantrix services to international prospects (USA & UK), follow up, and close deals.
  • Write professional, goal-oriented proposals and service presentations.
  • Execute business strategies and meet defined targets for client acquisition and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with operations teams for onboarding, documentation, and service delivery.
  • Manage CRM activity logs, lead status, and conversion metrics.
  • Engage in direct verbal and written client communication (calls, Zoom, emails).
  • Ensure all follow-ups, client demos, and conversions are completed within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum

    2–3 years of experience

    in international business development or sales (preferably in finance, accounting, or compliance services).
  • Excellent English communication skills —

    verbal and written are non-negotiable.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and data handling.

  • Knowledge of international business communication, sales cycles, and client retention.

  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    Odoo CRM

    , and

    Office 365

    preferred.
  • Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients, meet deadlines, and achieve measurable goals.
  • Social media and content engagement experience for business outreach.

Compensation

  • Salary: As per industry standards.
  • Incentives: Above industry standards, based on client conversions and targets.
