Job Description · Manage Customers engagement for product penetration · Understanding detailed customer requirements. · Following standard procedures for client communication, proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. · Increase penetration of the product · Excellent communication and relationship building skills · Achieve revenue goals Requirements · 3-5 years of experience in managing customers for product penetration or enterprise software sales · MBA in Finance · Basic Domain knowledge of Capital Markets / Stock Exchange · Should have used best practices and tools for Project and Account Management · Excellent communication skills Location: Mumbai
