What's expected from you?

• Develop and lead the business development strategy to identify opportunities, untapped industries, and gaps in the market.
• Map high-potential sectors and steer the agency toward growth opportunities.
• Design, implement, and manage an

  e

  nd-to-end sales pipeline for continuous client acquisition.
• Build, nurture, and manage relationships with decision-makers to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
• Create compelling and persuasive business proposals and pitch decks tailored to client needs.
• Ensure alignment between client requirements and service offerings (SEO, Google Ads, PPC, Social Media, Branding, Website Development, and other digital solutions).
• Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics, pipeline performance, and industry trends.
• Utilize industry-standard business development tools (e.g., Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.) for prospecting and lead management.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

What qualification will fit the role best?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in

  business development, sales, or strategy roles

  in the digital marketing/web development industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services, SaaS, and B2B sales ecosystems.
• Proven track record of developing sales strategies and

  closing high-value deals

• Proficiency in using

  sales prospecting and pipeline tools

  such as Apollo.io, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze industries, anticipate market trends, and adapt quickly.
• Self-starter with leadership qualities, capable of driving growth independently.
