Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new customers through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in outbound sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented attitude.
