Business Development Specialist

You will also work closely with B2B partners and encompassing all aspects of BD, marketing and recruitment.

Managing the agents in their region allocated and develop a recruitment and marketing strategy. To position LCI

as a preferred Partner for students seeking overseas education.


Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Business Development -

 Identification and development of Agent Partner Network.

 Development of strong relationships with key accounts to improve productivity.

 Regular knowledge and Webinar attendance, to achieve/ exceed targets and work effectively on KPIs.

 Daily/ Weekly progress reports to The Head of Sales.

 Ensure a strong knowledge of the requirements of the Agent partners are met.

Marketing -

 Liaise with Agent Partner for Market Intel and follow best practices.

 To make sure of the timely circulation of all marketing collateral to our partners Implement and monitor

global best practice to plan and track effective recruitment and marketing campaigns.

Recruitment -

 Forecast, establish and execute recruitment plans to achieve our recruitment goals.

 Coordinate annual and long-range business plans, including incentive schemes and marketing proposals.

 Management of the Business Unit and monitoring business results and cost effectiveness (Marketing,

travel and incentives).

 Assist The Head of Sales to enhance our Agent Partner network and to ensure efficient and effective

enrolment practices.


Requirements:

 At least 2-4 years of experience in B2B market or a related field.

 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
