Student Counselor

As a Consultant at LCI, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through the university admissions process in New Zealand and assisting them with their visa applications. Your collaboration with the LCI Group team will ensure high-quality counseling services are provided to prospective students. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of LCI's services and products for B2B partners and clients. - Manage client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and growth. - Train clients on utilizing our portals effectively for the products and services available. - Offer expert counseling to students interested in pursuing studies in New Zealand. - Assist students in selecting suitable universities based on their academic qualifications and interests. - Support students throughout the visa application process and explain visa requirements. - Provide guidance on financial aid, scholarships, and other funding options. - Build relationships with New Zealand universities and stay updated on their programs and admission criteria. - Represent LCI Group at recruitment fairs and events to promote our services. - Maintain student records securely and confidentially. - Contribute to the enhancement of LCI Group policies and procedures. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Minimum of four years of experience in managing partners and clients. - Excellent knowledge of New Zealand universities and their admission requirements. - Proficient in completing applications for New Zealand universities. - Skilled in email correspondence. - Ability to review student documents. - Experience in visa applications and understanding visa requirements. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Capable of working independently and collaboratively. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. - Maintain confidentiality of student information. - Fluent in English.,
