Key Responsibilities Business Strategy & Expansion Spearhead expansion of assessments and skilling programs across India, identifying new geographies, partner models, and delivery formats. Drive top-line growth through center-based launches, institutional tie-ups, and franchise development. Lead market-specific product strategy for Test Prep (NEET, JEE, UPSC, etc.), Vocational Skilling, and Employability Assessments. P&L Ownership & Operations Own vertical P&L, optimize costs, and ensure EBITDA-positive growth across offerings. Standardize operations, SOPs, and delivery models across COCO, FOFO, and government-funded initiatives. Manage resource planning, center productivity, and ROI from acquisition to fulfillment. Program Design & Assessment Innovation Collaborate with SMEs and academic teams to build robust, scalable, and outcome-aligned assessments and skilling programs. Ensure all offerings align with NSQF levels, industry needs, and government mandates (e.g., NIPUN Bharat, PMKVY, SAMARTH). Integrate performance data into continuous improvement cycles, leveraging LMSs, CRM tools, and analytics dashboards. Stakeholder Management Liaise with state education departments, CSR partners, and edtech platforms to co-create scalable delivery models. Build a high-performing, cross-functional team across sales, academic delivery, operations, and marketing. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: 12+ years in education, edtech, or skilling with proven business leadership across B2C and B2B verticals.
