P&L Ownership & Operations Own vertical P&L, optimize costs, and ensure EBITDA-positive growth across offerings. Standardize operations, SOPs, and delivery models across COCO, FOFO, and government-funded initiatives. Manage resource planning, center productivity, and ROI from acquisition to fulfillment. Program Design & Assessment Innovation Collaborate with SMEs and academic teams to build robust, scalable, and outcome-aligned assessments and skilling programs. Ensure all offerings align with NSQF levels, industry needs, and government mandates (e.g., NIPUN Bharat, PMKVY, SAMARTH). Stakeholder Management Liaise with state education departments, CSR partners, and edtech platforms to co-create scalable delivery models.
